RETURNS + EXCHANGES
How do I return my jewelry? At this time we are not allowing returns, only exchanges. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Please email info@renieb.com and we will provide you with details on how to ship your items back in addition with a exchange order tracking number. Customers are responsible for paying shipping to return their order to Renie B.
I just got my order, how do I make an alteration? We can absolutely alter your custom jewelry piece. Just email info@renieb.com so that we can discuss the necessary alterations. Please note there will be an alteration fee, which we will provide once discussed, this is to account for our time to work on the piece and ship it back to you.
JEWELRY CARE
All Renie B jewelry is meant for every day wear. To preserve the life of your pieces, we recommend removing your jewels before showering, swimming or exercising. For added protection, make sure to store your jewels in their Renie B pouches.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed Monday-Friday, and typically shipped out within 2 business days. Delivery will include tracking. Due to COVID-19, please expect some delays with shipping. These are out of Renie B's control, therefore utilize the provided tracking to follow the route of your order.
